White Magic Inc. has turned up the heat on our direct drive units. The Vulcan direct drive heating system's innovative design includes two extraordinary heating elements. A pre-heater powered by the un-used heat from the vehicles engine, and a post heater powered by the blower exhaust. These two Vulcan heating elements are available to purchase individually, or combined, both options generating outstanding heat performance.

Pre-Heater Features

• Pre-heats supply tank to 140 degrees

The Vulcan pre-heat system draws on the un-used heat produced by the vehicles engine, raising the water temperature inside the supply tank to 140 degrees. This process is done by circulating the water from the supply tank through the main heat exchanger, then back to the supply tank. This process allows the system to increase the heat more efficiently and provide a larger volume of hot water. Therefore, with the pre-heater hard at work this system will provide consistent water temperatures of up to 210 degrees under normal cleaning intervals.

The Vulcan post heat system is a V.H.T heat booster powered by our direct drive units powerful Roots blower exhaust. The water passes through this final stage heat exchanger and boosts water temperatures up to 240 degrees under normal conditions.

This revolutionary heating system is by far # 1 on the market. The Vulcan heating system turns performance and reliability of a direct drive unit into a power heat producing system equipped with the pre heater, the post heater, or both, will rival any unit in the industry.
