Direct Drive Main Assembly:
1.CATPUMP™ Pump:
This extremely reliable ceramic plunger pump has eliminated the
need to replace rubber caps, as required on other style pumps. The
entire pumping system pumps only cold water which provides long
term reliability for thousands of hours. It is furnished with an
easy to reach oil drain valve and hose allowing for easy scheduled
maintenance.
2. Chemical Injection Pump: This stainless steel
pump with an “o”-ring operates without the use of a diaphragm spring,
which adds to the longevity of the pump. Chemicals inject at the
final stage of the system. This eliminates chemical residue build-up
within the high-pressure pump, heat exchanger, and system controls.
3. Vulcan Post Heater: The Vulcan post heater
system is a exclusively engineered V.H.T. heat booster powered by
our powerful ROOTS blower exhaust. The water passes through this
final stage heat exchanger and boosts water temperatures up to 240
° under normal conditions. This optional heating element is constructed
from White Magic’s exclusive high efficiency tube finned copper
coil. Mounted to the blower exhaust this heat exchanger extracts
the heat generated by the blower and transfers it into the cleaning
solution. The post heater is only available for model year 2000
or newer Pro-1000 or Pro-1200’s.
4. External Blower Grease Fittings:
These fittings are accessible through the door of the console cover.
Excess grease expelled from the blower is collected in a grease
cup, which is adhered to the systems frame keeping the floor of
your van grease free, and for easy clean-up
5. ROOTS™ Whispair® Blowers: All White
Magic units utilize ROOTS™ blowers, the most durable and reliable
blowers on the market. The Whispair blowers have built-in input
and output noise suppressors that greatly reduce the noise level.
6. Browning Pulleys: These top of the line pulleys
are used exclusively throughout the White Magic Systems. Cast pulleys
are balanced to run true which results in superior belt grip and
prolonged life. White Magic also uses top quality Dayco and Goodyear
belts, which add life to the entire system.
7. Automatic Belt Tensioner: This feature eliminates
the hassle of periodically removing the console and manually adjusting
the blower belts. Correct tension is maintained to minimize belt
slippage and provide longer belt life.
8. Standard Heat Exchanger: Heated
from the engines antifreeze, this stainless steel heat exchanger
provides exceptional reliability and heat performance. This heat
exchanger is also constructed with the exclusive high efficiency
tube finned copper coil.
9. Electric Pump Clutch: A clutch allows the pump
to be disengaged during water extraction operation. It provides
added life for the water circulation system.
10. Stainless Steel Hoses: White Magic uses stainless
steel Teflon high temperature pressure hoses to interconnect system
components. All system components are easily accessible and can
be easily removed should service or replacement be necessary. 11.
Wiring Harness: White Magic Direct Drive Systems only have 4 wires
in their wiring harnesses compared to 30+ wire, wiring harnesses
of other manufacturers. This simplification of the system wiring
allows for quick diagnosis should there be a wiring problem, which
relates to less down time.
12. Blower Oil Level Sight Tube: Easy to read
blower oil sight tube is visible through the side panel without
having to remove them. The blower oil sight tube has red high and
low markings so that with just a glance the operator can know how
much oil is in the blower. |
