1. Engine: The Triton LS is powered by the awesome
58 Hp Fuel Injected Ford Engine. This motor delivers power and
performance
that is unmatched in the industry.
2. CAT PUMP® 5cp Pump: Far superior
from any other pump manufacturers, Cat pump deliver outstanding
reliability and performance. Mounted in the machine high above all
other components allows for quick and easy service of the Pump.
While performing service the pump does not need to un-bolted or
readjusted.
3. ROOTS™ 59 Blower: White Magic has
selected ROOTS™ as our exclusive vender for Vacuum Blowers.
The Triton LS is outfitted with the ROOTS™ 59 blower providing
over 770 CFM and 14”Hg of vacuum lift. This Blower is capable of
produce exceptional performance for all aspects of upholstery cleaning
to water extraction. The dual lobe blower design is far superior
and more reliable to the new tri-lobe blower designs available in
the cleaning industry. White Magic provides many additional features
to the blower system such as: Blower oil level site tube, remote
grease fittings for ease of maintenance & the White Magic exclusive
grease cup, which captures expelled grease and prevents it from
spilling all over the internal components of the machine.
4. Heat Exchange System: Making up the heart of
the TRI-WAVE™ heat exchange system. Constructed using White Magic
exclusive High Efficiency Finned Copper Coil, this coil is far superior
to other coil designed found anywhere in the United States. The
heat exchanger is designed to maximize both airflow and heat transfer.
As the water flows through the heat exchanger it enters at the coolest
point and exits the heat exchanger at the hottest point. This is
commonly referred to as Reverse Flow.
5. Belt Drive System: This system is comprised
of top-of-the line Browning pulleys and are used exclusively through
all of White Magic Systems. These cast pulleys (not stamped) are
balanced to run true, which results in superior belt grip and prolonged
belt life. White Magic also utilizes only top quality Dayco & Goodyear
Belts; each belt is rated for more horsepower then the system delivers
to the blower or pump. Another great feature is White Magic equipment
is furnished with automatic belt tensioners, which allows for easy
adjustment of the blower and pump belts, WITH OUT THE HASSLE OF
EVERY HAVING TO UN-BOLT THE PUMP OR BLOWER!
6. Battery Tray: The Triton LS is fitted with
a battery tray that secures the battery in place away from the pumping
system.

7. Stainless Steel Chemical Pump: This pump operates
with out the use of diaphragm spring, which adds to the longevity
of the pump. The chemical is injected in to final stage of the pumping
system, preventing any chemical residue to be built up in the pumping
or heat exchange systems. Made completely out of stainless steel
with a high pressure O’ring, this pump will resist corrosive and
damage caused by high pressure tile cleaning, and is far superior
the comparable pumps made from brass.
8. Blower Oil Level Sight Tube: Easy to read blower
oil sight to is visible through the side panel without having to
remove them. The blower oil sight tube has red high and low markings
so that with just a glance the operator can know how much oil is
in the blower.
9. Vacuum Pod Diverter Control: As the temperature
reaches it predetermined setting established by the operator, the
Temperature Sensor send an electrical signal to the vacuum control
vacuum switches which activates the Vacuum Pods to open and close
the Heat Diverters. To maintain the desired operating solution temperatures.
10. Engine Exhaust Heat Diverter: This component
operates by directing the flow of hot gasses produced by the engine.
During operation of the machine the heat generated by the engines
exhaust will be allowed enter into the heat exchange system to heat
the cleaning solution. Once the cleaning solution has reach the
pre-determined temperature set by the operator the temperature sensor
will activate the vacuum diverter control closing the Exhaust Diverter
preventing the hot gasses from entering the heat exchange systems.
The Heat Diverters internal component is made from Stainless Steel
and is nickel-plated for extent life of the diverter.
11. Blower Exhaust Heat Diverter: Working in conjunction
with the engine exhaust diverter is White Magic’s exclusive blower
exhaust diverter. This diverter protects the system from over heating.
After the engine exhaust diverter has closed, if the solution temperature
continues to rise, the blower exhaust diverter will then activate,
preventing any of the heat generated by the blower from entering
the Heat Exchange System. This is an exceptional feature for water
recovery operations. When the machine is placed into water recovery
mode both the Engine Exhaust Diverter and Blower Exhaust Diverter
are activated. This prevents any heat generated from entering the
heat exchange system, allowing the machine to run continuously for
hours with no water in the system.
12. Pressure Relief Valve: This valve is factory
set to prevent over pressurization of the machine. When the machine
reaches it’s setting the valve opens to relieve access pressure
being developed by the pumping system. This valve allows the operator
to adjust the pressure up to 1200 PSI for tile and grout cleaning.

13. Check Valve: White Magic is dedicated to
the reliability of our systems, this stainless steel check valve
helps prevent the most common failures of the chemical pump. This
added security feature stops back pressure from the chemical feed
system to cause a pre-mature failure of the internal check valve
located in the chemical pump.
14. Vacuum Relief: All carpet cleaning systems
have a Vacuum relief or commonly call a vac break. This easy to
adjust relief system is located off of our filter hosing. The vacuum
relief performs a vital function of the operation the machine.
It
allows air to enter the vacuum system when the air flow has been
restricted, preventing over heating of the Vacuum blower. 15. Catalytic Converter: Up-fitted to meet all
EPA regulations the placement of the Catalytic Converter also
helps
increase the overall temperature of the exhaust gas.
16.Stainless Steel
Rigid Plumbing: The Triton Series is out fitted with stainless
steel piping throughout a majority of the pumping system.
17. Engine Coolant Heat Exchanger: Made from
the same high efficiency tube finned copper coil, this heat exchanger
draws heat from the Engine Coolant System and transfers the heat
to the cleaning solution. As a by product of the heat exchange
it
also helps maintain the proper engine operating temperature.
