1. Recovery Tank: All White Magic tanks have been
developed through many years of research and development. Utilizing
heavy gauge marine aluminum this non-corrosive material is 50% thicker
than other manufactures. Far superior to tanks made of heavy stainless
steel or plastic, our tanks are formed with wide radius dies to
eliminate cracking. Internal air defectors and baffles provide maximum
airflow throughout the tank and minimize the potential of debris
being drawn into the filter.
2. Dual Wand Port: This simple & quick Dual Recovery
Tank port allows for Dual wand operation with just the snap of the
hose.
3. Recovery Tank Access Port: This lightweight
panel is easily removed to gain access to the inside of the recovery
tank. This panel has a durable self sealing gasket which prevents
any vacuum loss.
4. Vacuum Relief: All carpet cleaning
systems have a Vacuum relief or commonly call a vac break. This
easy to adjust relief system is located off of our filter hosing.
The vacuum relief performs a vital function of the operation the
machine. It allows air to enter the vacuum system when the air flow
has been restricted, preventing over heating of the Vacuum blower.
5. In-line Filter: A 6” diameter, 11” long high
volume stainless steel filter protects the vacuum blower from possible
debris damaging the internal components of the Vacuum Blower. This
filter is placed externally on the tank maximizing the tank capacity
with no wasted recovery space. With just a turn of a few quick release
finger nuts the filter swings out of the way for cleaning and access
to the inside of the tank.
6. Automatic Shut Off Switch: This high level
switch shuts down the carpet cleaning system when the recovery tank
becomes full. This reduces the debris from clogging the filter prematurely
and protects the blower.
7. Sight Tube: There is no need to guess how full
your recovery tank is. All White Magic tanks come complete with
the easy to read level sight tube. A red float indicator instantly
shows the operator the available capacity of the tank.
8. Progressive Silencing System:
White Magic engineers have worked tirelessly to maximize performance
without restricting airflow. The Progressive Silencing system works
by stepping down the noise generated by the carpet cleaning system
at specific location throughout the machine. Illustrated in this
photo is the input silencer to the Vacuum Blower.
9. Recovery Tank Drain: The recovery tank is equipped
with a 2” drain assembly, which allows for fast dumping of the tank.
Its location is especially important and allows the drain assembly
to be installed in useless space located behind the seats of the
vehicle.
10. Auto Pump-out Control: Every White Magic machine
is pre-wired for our external Auto Pump-out System regardless if
the machine is ordered with one or not, its there for future use
if necessary.
11. Control Panels: All three of the control panels
of this machine are made from a special fade and stain resistant
Lexan material bonded to an aluminum plate. These panels not only
look great for years , but also can quickly disconnect from the
machine for repair or maintenance
12. Chemical Flow Meter: The
chemical flow meter reads the flow of chemical going to the cleaning
tool. Read in GPH(gallons per hour) this is a more consistent chemical
flow compared to other systems that meter CCM.
13. Water Supply Input: Whether the machine is
equipped with a fresh water tank or not, the water supply is connected
here.
14. Solution Disconnects: Two disconnects gives
this machine limited dual wand capabilities. Located far away from
any electrical components. The disconnects allow for easy hook up
of live reels or wands.
15. Unloader Valve: This allows the operator to
adjust the working pressure of the pumping system of the machine.
Unlike a pressure regulator system the unloader valve releases the
pressure off of the pump and pump components preventing premature
failure of the pumping system.
16. Chemical Selector Valve:
This three-way valve allows the operator to turn on, off, or prime
the chemical system. The priming mechanism is vacuum assisted which
allows a complete & instantaneous prime each and every time.
17. Chemical Adjustment Knob: By tuning this knob
allows the operator to adjust the chemical flow from 0-5gph.
18. Auxiliary output Valve: This allows access
to warm water straight out of the face panel the machine. It is
an outstanding benefit to filling sprayer or diluting chemicals.
19. Overflow Protection: This port allows for
the proper operation of both the water box and fresh water tank
(if equipped) and prevents premature failure of the water system.
20. System Exhaust: Chrome
plated will look great even after years of use. The exhaust from
both the blower and engine exit the machine through the face panel.
It can also be installed so the exhaust may be run down through
the floor of the vehicle.
21. Pressure Gauge: The pressure gauge tells the
operator the setting of the unloader valve and the pressure output
of the pump.
22. Vacuum Gauge: glycerin filled vacuum gauge
allows for the operator to monitor vacuum performance.
23. Throttle: Very easy to handle throttle cable
quickly pulls out and with just a twist locks at the desired setting.
24. Console Cover: Important
part of the design the console cover can quickly be removed to gain
access to the machine. The console cover, does more then just add
ascetics to the machine, but serves to prevent heated air to re-circulate
through the engines intake fan. The design of the console cover
forces the heated to travel back to the rear of the machine and
disperse into the van.
25. Blower Lubrication Port: Conveniently located
on the face panel of the machine, allows for proper lubrication
of the blower.
26. Indicator Lights: The machine will tell the
operator the status of the operating features of the machine. When
these lights are activated they will inform the operator for which
system shut down the unit. These safety features include: low engine
oil switch, full recovery tank & high solution temperature. A green
light indicates activation of the heat diverter system.
27. Tachometer: White Magic slide-in machines
are all equipped with a tachometer, this precise gauge gives the
true RPM of the engine speed.
28. Hour Meter: Keeps track of
the operating time on the machine for scheduled maintenance & service.
29. Proportional Temperature Control System: A
great advance in technology the PTCS is a digitally controlled proportioning
system that delivers a constant temperature to the cleaning wand.
Once the digital display is set by the operator to the desired temperature,
the PTCS regulates the out going solution temperature by adding
the proper amounts of cold water to the solution. This provides
an unmatched & consistent cleaning temperature.
30. Electric Ignition: Remote Ignition located
on the front of the face panel allows for easy starting the machine.
It also, serves a dual purpose on the Triton DS, Not only start
the machine but also provides a preheat function with the diesel
engine.
31. Engine Kill Override: When one of the three
kill switches shuts the machine down, by pressing this butt on it
allows the operator to diagnose the systems and make corrections
to restart the machine.
32. Water Recovery Switch: With just a flip of
this switch the machine can go from normal carpet cleaning operation
in to water extraction. When this switch is activated it automatically
turn the pump clutch off and closes both of the heat diverters.
Now with no heat entering the heat exchange system and the pump
not working the machine can run for days with out ever having to
supply the machine with water. This is an absolute must for water
damage operations.
