What a winter, nothing like buying a new machine at the beginning
of one of the coldest and snowiest winters on record here. We have
had over 9 ½ feet of snow. 140 degrees cm. We’re soon
going to need periscopes.
Just a quick update on the Commander HO we purchased from you back
in November. We have been extremely pleased with the machine. By
you putting on a 3’’ throat on the filter box, it allows
me to use the 2 ½’’ hose to the house. Believe
it or not, we use hearing protection almost all the time since the
wand howl is quite loud from the air flow. Usually in homes I run
the temperature at 190 degrees, I feel this is enough for residential
cleaning. There is plenty more heat left for the tough commercial
job out there. The machine does not spike and the heat stays consistent.
I have shown the machine to a number of cleaners that are imprested
with the machine and design. They could not believe that the 28
Hp Engine and the Roots 47 vacuum blower could fit into that space.
I was able to get 38’’ shelving between the recovery
tank and filter box. Including the 4’’ shelf on the
other side, I have a total of 21 ½’’ of shelving
space. I have enough room for my hose reel, 3 wands. grooming rake,
rotary extractor, large portable extractor and 2 air movers, all
at the same time. We do a lot of high rises, and space is important
to us.
The machine has given us no surprises yet, and I’m not really
expecting any.
As a final note, I just want to thank White Magic and their team
for a very professional way of doing business. I appreciated your
honesty, courteousness, and all what you said about the Commander
HO has seemed to be true, not just a sales pitch. Would I buy another
one when I need one…..in a heartbeat.
